Steps For Registration In OTS

Step #1: Register in NAVSUP Master Directory
You must have your certificate loaded in your browser and registered in the NAVSUP Master Directory in order to use your DoD PKI certificate to REGISTER or ACCESS One Touch Support. In order to register your certificate, click on the link below:

(It is strongly encouraged to enter your DoDAAC in Step 2 of the "Edit Profile" section.)

Step #2: Register in One Touch
Register through the web site using the 'Start Registration' link below and then download the resulting form(s).

Finish filling out the form(s) using the guidance that follows:
  1. EVERY block on the SAAR-N needs to be completed, with the following EXCEPTIONS:
    • Block 14a is required (for contractors only) - note that you must still check the box in block 14 though
    • Blocks 17, 17a, 17b
    • Blocks 31-33b
  2. Blocks 18-21 should be completed by your command's IAM/ISSM/ISSO before being sent to OTS. Please check with your supervisor to find out who this is if you are uncertain.
  3. The system name and location at the top of the SAAR-N should be OTS (One Touch Support) and the location is Defense Enterprise Computing Center, Mechanicsburg, PA.
  4. If you request MILSTRIP Access, you will need to complete all blocks of the OTS Addendum Form.
  5. Digital signatures are now required for all forms. Please note that the person signing also needs to complete the 'Date' boxes associated with their signature.

Step #3: Completing Registration
Once you have gathered all of the information and the form(s) is/are completely filled out email the document(s) to Further information will be forthcoming from the OTS Program office.
